I think those are perfect for your dress...IMO I agree with mom...call me old fashioned. I just think white shoes are so very bridal. The switch sounds like a great compromise...
I can't wait to see pics of your dress when it is done.

why didn't your mom like the gold ones??

My mom liked the gold ones, but not for a wedding. She told me that this will be the only tme in my life (fingers crossed) to be a bride, and she would really like it if I were to wear all white. She compromised (finally) and agreed to the gold sash, so I'm doing this in return.

MOH didn't like the gold shoes either - well, specifically the gold heel....

Nah, no signing...I think I'm going to use the extra crystals I have left and put something like 'Mrs. Viola' and our wedding date or something...I'm all about the 'BLING'
