I LOVE the B&Ws where the sunlight is peeking through - you had a wonderful photographer. I remember researching that company, but they were out of my price range

And I agree - your shoes show more than you would think! I have a few pics of my shoes too.....

these actually aren't from my photographer.
I don't get my proofs for another week or two!
These are the still shots from my bridesmaid's (Kiani) DV cam!

I'll probably print them off and scrapbook them or something. The resolution is only good enough for 4x6 prints, but she captured some really great moments.

And you can't beat good, natural lighting.

Her silly DV camera was driving me up the wall, you'd think the thing was surgically attached to her hand, but I'm thrilled with all these candid shots.
Between her and my photographer I think we have the whole event (and everything leading up to it) chronicled to a 'T'

*something to consider for all would be brides: It doesn't cost anything to give a dv cam to a friend to follow you around and capture these moments. And the software to capture the stills can't be all that complicated...
because we can never have too many pictures

first of all- your pictures are so beautiful!! I am having my wedding at the Harrison House too- next May. Can you give me any information or advice on how to make it a great day? We are having about 200 people- how many did you have? I am concerned about the size of the dance floor. I would love any tips you can give to me!
