Navy/ Burnt Orange Color Scheme Help

Getting married in November 2013. Originally, I wanted a burnt orange color scheme with bold tablecloths, bridemaids dresses, etc. My FH thought it was a good idea at first but then told me, honestly, he thought it'd make our reception look like a halloween party He really likes blue. So I was thinking navy linens, orange flowers, navy BM dresses with mango calla lilly bouquet, but I haven't seen too many pics out there.... I love bold colors and bold flowers.

Anyone doing something similar? have pics? or other suggestions :) ?

We're doing burnt orange but we're incorporating mocha and gold as colors as well. I love orange because it's so vibrant but if you want to avoid it looking like Halloween don't pair it with black.

I think that is a wonderful and different color scheme!!! Those colors truly complement each other and are perfect for november. I would search the internet and see whats out there. This sounds super cool tho :)

i was just at a navy/orange wedding this weekend...the girls had short navy rouched chiffon dresses with an orange waistband, flowers were sunflowers with non-black center) and other bright wild flowers, table centerpeices resembled the bouquets, were low and she had 3 to each table (tables were for 10)...

We're doing cobalt blue, burnt orange and fuchsia.

I'm doing ivory table cloths with a blue runner and napkins and then our CPs are the burnt orange and fuchsia. The BM dresses are in the cobalt as well and each bm will have either an all burnt orange or all fuchsia gerber daisy bouquet, mine will be a mix of the two colors.

Gorgeous! Thanks for adding! I tried to even get away with orange dresses that's that's a no go. I'll try looking for something blue! Alfred Angelo has a beautiful Mediterranean Blue that's a little lighter than Navy

We are thinking of doing the same color scheme. We had to tone down our color choices abit because we were looking a little to thanksgivig.

I'm doing the same thing for next June :) I love the colors against the navy, they really pop! I'm using circus roses as my main flower because I love them! Also have seen mango callas...

were doing a fall coor scheme as well- bridesmaids are in black - their flowers are a mix of red roses orange roses and yelow lillies..
