I think you should keep looking, but if you decide to go with the smaller guest list, you really have to lay down the law with your families. You won't be able to accomodate last minute additions to the guest list. This could add a lot of stress later.

I would say go with the place you love and cut your list. I'm sure you have many people on the list that you rarely see. Invite only close family and friends.
