Don't worry about the gallbladder surgery.. its quick and easy.. and you will feel 1000000% better after getting it taken out (mines due out in a few months) my mom, grandmother, aunt, uncle, great grandma apparently everyone on my moms side is gallbladderless and so much happier....

that your surgery goes well and you have a speedy recovery.....

I am sure everything will be fine Janna!! I know having surgery is scary, but I am sure its a very routine procedure, and afterwards you will not have to go through the pain anymore.

Oh my goodness, that is a big piece of news to find out. One of my girlfriends had her gall bladder removed 2 weeks ago, she recovered nicely and was able to fly back home to Atlanta the other day.

You are in my thoughts and prayers!

Well I got home today at 12:30 and I'm still in a lot of pain because of all the trapped gas (they fill up your stomach with air in order to do the surgery). I keep walking around but nothing has happened yet.

(There's nothing funnier than to have the nurses asking if you have farted yet!!)

Apparently my gallbladder was inflamed & stuck to my stomach, so it was good that it came out. Also strangely, when they tested my blood before the surgery, my blood sugar was normal. Go figure. Another good thing is I managed to lose 6 or 7 lbs in the last week or 2.

I took off work the rest of the week, but I will play it by ear next week. Thanks all for your prayers & well wishes!!! I really appreciate it!!
