New and in need of venue help!

Hi, New here! We got engaged in June 2015 but are just starting to really look at venues. We're looking all over the NY area (family is from LI, we live in NYC). Would love any help in terms of quotes as it's been hard to get solid numbers without scheduling a site visit (haven't had alot of time to get out of the city with work and the holidays). Super flexible about time of year, date, even flexible on # of guests so would love to hear anything that you ladies have. Thanks so much!!
