ugh! I really hope that they are able to cover these up. TVs just don't fit that room!

Do you think we can do something? All go there and say we don't want the tvs and don't install them?

I like this idea a lot and I think when Fox Hollow sees the amount of disapproval, they may have to rethink the installation or the rights to only one DJ (I rather them not install them either; seems unfitting in such a beautiful garden-type room). It may just take time for them to hear all of us complain or deny the package, but I personally don't feel like giving in to them. So ha lol.

Since you got to see WGP all done up, just out of curiosity, what kind of centerpieces did they use? All high, low, a mix? Just wondering how it looked.

She had high centerpieces with long-stemmed calla lilies and I thought they looked pretty. They were really tall so I felt like they became the focus point of the room.

Have you thought about what you want to do for centerpieces? I normally like low centerpieces, but I'm kinda torn. I feel like the room itself is so beautiful that low centerpieces would be good because they wouldn't take away from the beauty of the room. But on the other hand, I don't know if the room calls for higher centerpieces because of how high the ceilings are. Maybe a mix of both would work...I dunno!

I'll post some pictures once my cousin emails them to me.

*Edited for spelling

Honestly, I havent really thought about flowers yet. The furthest I've gotten was thinking of a mix of high and low just to keep the cost down. My mom thinks all high is the way to go in that room. I'm confused - what else is new lol

Re: New fox hollow thread

Love this!! So happy there is a new thread for us Fox Hollow Ladies!! I was at the Somerly last week and they said they will definitely be covering the TV's and making them blend in with the room. Also, what color are you guys thinking of choosing to light the room? So far I've seen it with Blue (wow!) that's very bright! Purple- very pretty, but I worry it may look Sweet 16ish. My colors are Gray and Yellow and I wonder if yellow with be a little too bright. I still have time, but we'll see!

Definitely navy, with gold or silver, and yellow. I'm thinking navy dresses with yellow flowers, and charcoal silver shoes. I'm still working out this stuff since I haven't purchased anything.

I'm guessing based on your username that you're from or live in Brooklyn?

I know he would want to go, but don't know if he could get off the time from work, I'll have to ask. If not, I know my mom would want to go!
