Dont' you just LOVE holidays and all the EATING that comes with it! Seriously, i ALWAYS gain 10-20 pounds over the holidays/winter, then realize that I have and then start eating right in April-ish... so get back to me in April...

I seem to have offended some of you by saying that I need to lose weight for the wedding. I understand some of you have longer term goals but I don't think that you should discount someone who has shorter term goals in mind

. Everyone has their own insecurities and weight concerns.

play nice girls don't we all have dresses to get into. unless u want to walk down the aisle in your bra and underwear

like that commercial of Bridezilla...ordering her girls to wear tafeta and dyed shoes and then she walks away and catches the back of her dress?? I'm not even sure what the ad is for but she walks off in her thong...
