Congrats!!! Also getting married at JT on 08/23. We looked at both Patken and Sherwood and are going with Sherwood. Side by side there is simply no comparison. Yes, Sherwood is more expensive but you get what you pay for and Sherwood's quality of work is superb. Highly recommend using Sherwood. Talk to Kevin, if you can, when you meet with Sherwood. Also, a big plus is that they have a studio on premises and do all of their work there. GL

I've heard they are absolutely stunning, but F ine Art had great work as well. I needed to stay under that 7k range for video and photo.

You're too funny!!! Yes, i'm getting that color. I was thinking the same thing about getting the same dress in white (to wear as my second dress at the wedding), but that was over doing it. Hee hee.

I bought my dress at David's Bridal for ridiculously cheap. So, I figured I could buy two, but what we're paying for video/photo crushed that dream.

Did you buy your gown yet? I went to Priscilla of Boston for my gown as well, but believe or not nothing moved me the way the dress at DB did. I was so shocked. I thought going there would be a complete waste of time (b/c I had that whole, you get what you pay for mentality) Boy was I wrong.

Congrats!!! I met with Patken, they were very reasonably priced, but I had an issue with not being able to pick my photographer and having one 'assigned to me'... JMO, im too OCD for that.

Actually my dress is from Priscilla of Boston PLatinum Collection. The picture is attached and I am in love with it. It is a bit more than expected to spend but I felt it was right the second I put it on and I fell in love... i cried even like a baby and my mom was like you really love this dress, so she splurged.

there is apicture with another angle and the girl is wearing this huge ugly scarf with it that goes over her head.. i was like ummm noooooo!!

Question,... with the melissa sweet.. how much does it cost? I forget! Also my girls are supposed to get a 15% discount bc I got my dress there but Im not sure what it ends up being hmmm
