I've had it done before. You'll be alright. The worst is the prep. Trust me you won't even think about food once you start drinking that liquid.

Yes def. stay away from the red jello.

ugh, i've had this done. the worst part is the prep. as for the magnesium citrate, get the lemon flavor (the green bottle)! it tastes MUCH better than the red, i promise! i've had to drink this stuff several times. also, put it over ice and it'll be much easier to tolerate.

i had one a few yrs ago and th eprep is the worst part. The actual exam is nothing to worry about.
Just dont be too far from a bathroom duringt he prep time

I had clear broth, decaf tea, ginger ale, 7 up and a ton of jello.

The prep is the worst part of it, but at least after you will know what's up.

kathleen i really hope everything goes well and the fasting is easy for you

my suggestion is to do major shopping...
if i spend the day at the outlets i wont eat for hours....i get obsessed with the sales

trust me you will get through the day..
or you can come over to my house...im off from owrk and there is NOTHING to eat so im eating, as we speak, jarred marinated mushrooms
