absolutely crazy I have decided that I have to watch my spending habits the economy is getting worse and worse and I am watching every dollar I spend

California has the higest right now

Any they said it's supposed to go up by another $0.30 cents by July.

oh my FH is soo happy he is stationed in San Diego now. When he was stationed there last year the gas was still so high it was like what it is now for us. Crazy. And when he was stationed in Japan he said it was like $3 a liter! Could you imagine paying like almost $10 for a gallon

The gas prices are ridiculous. And not only gas is going up but flour, milk etc it is just crazy!!!

it really is crazy..i'm spending like $80 a week on gas!! And i only drive to work and home!

And now that you mentioned the food thing, its completely true. I went food shopping the other day and walked out with 2 bags of food. I spent over $50, on NOTHING. I told FH that we need to live on bread and water for a while

i know serioulsy i am going to be a heffer from eating bread every day 3 x's a day and holding onto water weight from drinking 90 bottle of water a week...lol

but it is getting crazy. i still live at home so my mom does the food shopping. i went with her this weekend and she spent $300 (there are 6 of us in the house still haha) and we still looked like we had nothing in the cabinets haha

FH and I spend $150 every 10 days on food for just the 2 of us!! its insane!!!

I am going to start ridning my bicycle to work!!!

This is nut, and unfortunatly for us it will be a tad harder b/c we are getting married this year... my dad was telling me the other day that he actually feels bad for me and my FH b/c when he was first starting off things were not as hard as they are today for us. At the point and time when gas is almost $4, you know it is going to be a long tough road a head.
