OH WOW....I'm so sorry, Memories will help...time will help...I understand how hard it was...still muct be...hang in there..find little things to smile about...

You are not alone. I had to put my almost 17 year old cat down last Friday (April 16th) and Heidla had to put her's down two weeks ago (I think it was 2 weeks ago) and one of my mom's close friends had to put her cat down a few weeks ago. I am still feeling the pain that you are experiencing right now, but I can tell you from a week after, it does get easier and you WILL be able to talk about it without crying, eventually.

Somehow I think this is nature's way of making room for new birth as all of the shelters are saying that this is kitten season right now. I think we are going to get two kittens very soon.

May your heart heal, but never forget the love you had for your cat.

Hopefully all of our passed on kitties are frolicking together doing things we never let them do!

I've been there - I was devastated when we had to put my cat to sleep.

I'm so sorry. I know how you feel. I had a diabetic cat that I had to put to sleep last November.
