I just got laid off today from my job today and I am still owed money from my last bounced paycheck. I have an interview for a line cook position tomorrow. I hope I get the job because I need money really bad.I think you should really update your resume and start calling people. Wait to leave until you get a new job.

It can't hurt to post you resume and see what happens. I always have my resume up on monster and hotjobs, but as much as I need to leave my current job, I'm waiting out the next few months so I can have 3 weeks off with pay for the HM. One of the very good things about my job is the vacation time, and I know right now with wedding expenses we couldn't afford for me not to get paid for those weeks.I would post the resume, and see what comes up, if you get called for a job you can decide then what you want to do. It never hurts to look.

Janie,
Honestly, try to stick it out for another 9 months...its really hard to start a new job. Lots of sacrifices and stress...you dont need that right now...try to stick it out.
I agree
