How do you tell CLM how you want to room to be set up?? Do you show them pictures of what you want or do you write it all down?? I have my 'I do' letters and I want them set up a certain way, so how do I tell them???

As for the letters, just give Nick a call, I'm sure he'll let you know the best way to do it... I was thinking of putting them in a bag and just labeling it 'cake table'... I have a few things I want to talk to him about so I may try to stop in after vacation... Good luck!

I just wrote down what I wanted and put it in the boxes when I dropped off the stuff and had a short conversation with Nick. Everyone there knows the best place for everything and it was EXACTLy how I wanted with minimal explanation. THey will take great care of you!!

Anyone getting married next July go to Molloy? A coworker friend of mine said she heard engaged people talking during her class about getting married at CLM and how the other girl HAD to go on LIW... Just wondering if it was any of you girls!!

Where did you get your 'I do' letters from..i was thinking about putting them on the cake table too..wasn't sure where to get them!!

I got the 'I do' letters from Michaels and I painted them myself, I want my table to look like this; (this is another LIW bride pic)

I didnt drop my stuff off early but we didnt do favors either. I brought all my stuff right before the ceremony. During the ceremony all the busy bees were working inside to make it perfect!!

Ladies did or is anyone using Holiday Inn Express? I just left them a vm as the girl at the desk said they may work out a shuttle deal. I wanted to know if anyone else is using them.

I have to go tomorrow to drop off a deposit to Nick.

Any additional update on the new bridal suite?

For the late weddings, what time do they generally start? 7 or 730?

cindy I was thinking of using them. I probably will since it is closer to us and if there is a shuttle deal then even better. Can you let me know any info you find out?

Oh and my wedding is fri night and it starts at 8

Hi Ladies! I was wondering if anyone has had the ice cream truck that they offer. We are not having a vienese hr, just the cake and the choc fountain and I was wondering how they display it.

Hey Angel, we are having the ice cream display, but Nick persuaded us to have an ice cream sundae bar in lieu of the ice cream bars. It will be set up on a separate table. We're also doing the candy cart!

OK, I just got back from CLM & seeing Nick. First off he can't believe how we are in touch w/ e/o so quickly. Jennie, I told him you had questions & then he said, AnnMarie was here this a.m. I was like, Yea, I know she was telling us about the suite & railings. He was laughing.

I have to say the railings look GREAT! They are really nice, wrought iron & a wooden railing. There are also new carpets on the stairs. VERY NICE.

The bridal suite downstairs is just about done, they still have no furniture in it, but it is all marble & fairly large! The bathroom in it is very big and more than enough room for a bride.

Nick said the coat room will now be downstairs as well as a small waiting room for people going into the chapel. I'm attaching all my pics.

I also included some pictures I took in March, so excuse the cloudy weather & bare grounds.

More of the bridal suite & the plain one w/ carpets is the waiting area downstairs. The bathroom is the one in the new bridal suite.

The one from the cocktail hour room is old, not from today

Awesome Cindy!! How much does it cost for the candy cart and ice cream? What kinds of candy do they have and do they give you baggies for it??

The candy cart & ice cream we have locked in at $300 each. I believe there are little bags up there for everyone to take what they want. There's a pic of the candy cart on their website. I think its mainly chocolate, but I'm sure if you wanted certain candy it wouldn't be a problem at all!
