I'm not sure how i feel about tonight's show---it was good--everything kind of came together--but it annoyed me how it wasn't so direct of who joey choses until the last second---AND what the heck happened to that scene with the RING?!!? what a teaser--o for those that missed it-TBS is running it tomorrow from 10am-12 i believe--

so sad that jenn died.....and her baby was soooo cute. i'm glad that jack took her. i also thought it was good that they mentioned audrey but it was weird that they didn't mention andy--o well-guess she is just out of the picture.

it was a nice ending to an era..what a shame that it's over! long live the reruns and that new DVD with all of season 1 lol

I really liked tonights episode!!! I am so happy that Joey chose Pacey! And even though I don't like Dawson I am happy he is all happy in CA. It made total sense for Joey to be with Pacey. And I like how they tied the whole triangle thing together.
I was so saddened by Jen, most of all Grams...it was too much, but I thought the Jack and Doug story line was awesome. They are so cute together...love them.
Over all I thought it was really good!

I thought this was the BEST episode!!! I couldn't stop crying. (I love to cry) And of course I am DELIGHTED that Joey ended up w/ Pacey. The Jenn thing killed me more then I thought. I think it has to do w/ her leaving her beautiful daughter. I thought the writing was great. I'm so glad I taped it!!!

I can TRULY say that this was the ending I wanted!!!

I didn't think I would get that upset over Jen but I cried like crazy (I think the baby made it even sadder)
I thought it was Great! The ending was perfect!Wow I am going to miss Dawson's Creek (although, I am glad to have Wednesday nights free now, I was a die hard so I had to see it every Wednesday)

I'm going to miss it as well! Luckily it's on every weekday morning. Season 1 is out on DVD & Season 2 will be out for fall/winter.

I taped last nights episode so I can cry over & over again!!

My FH cousin is a Dawsons fan but she lives in Ireland & they are WAY behind. I taped most of the season so she can catch up when she gets here for the wedding! And I can use that as an excuse to watch the ending again!!

Thank-God it was this week. Next Wed is my rehersal!! So NOW I can concentrate on the wedding!! LMAO

i LOVED the show. i cried almost the entire episode! it was great! i always knew joey and pacey would wind up together!

What i want to know is WHY couldn't they focus the episode on Joey/Pacey/Dawson and show a wedding etc...at least that way it would be happy....why did they have to spend an hour and 1/2 on DEATH and then put Pacey and Joey together in the last second...what does that say about viewers...do they think we would rather see DEATH than LIFE and LOVE???????????????????

OMG - I cried like a baby! IT was soooo sad! I never really liked Jenn all that much to begin with, but I think the way everything had panned out - it just made it sooo super sad. Her daughter was BEAUTIFUL! And when she made that video for her! - forget it - I lost it all over again!

LOL - I cried so much, I couldn't even talk to FH on the phone. I waited until AFTER it was over to watch it (had to watch AI) and I cried through the ENTIRE episode! My eyes were so puffy when I went to sleep I looked like I was punch in the face!

Anyway, I am SOOOOOOOOO glad she ended up with Pacey!!! Sometimes even though you have a soul mate, doesn't mean that it works out romantically. Joey and Dawson just weren't meant to be.

And as for Jenn, OMG!!! Could it have gotten anymore depressing?! I think her story line was great and she did it well... I don't think I would've liked Joey in that part.

TWO THUMBS UP! I THINK THAT WAS THE BEST SERIES FINALE OF ANY SHOW I HAVE EVER SEEN!!!

I did not get to see it!!!! Thank God for my best friend that taped it for me. I heard about the ending and I am soooo happy. It ended exactly how I wanted it to end...Joey and Pacey. Can't wait to see the whole thing.

I stopped watching this show ages ago, but tuned in for the finale and I'm with OctBride.
I thought it was a great ending.
I would have been ****ed off if she ended up with Dawson. Soul mate or not, he always rubbed me the wrong way.
And I never liked Jen, but even I was crying into a Kleenex...

I love emotional shows.

While I think the ending was good (not as good as the Newart ending, which is the best show ending ever- when he thinks his new show is a dream and he is in bed with wife from show #1) BUT I still think Jen taking center stage for the show was wrong in so many ways. For one, she was never the center of the show. And she always has the worst parents (neither of them came as she is DYING), worst luck and hardest life. Couldn't someone cut her a break?
And When did the triangle get resolved? We didn't see any of that really. WHY did you pick Pacey? I really never wanted her to make a choice- thus I wanted her to die. I LOVED the whole 'The Creek' thing, but those kids playing them were very unattractive. And will Dawson ever be really happy without Joey? Also, what job do Joey and Pacey have that they have a view of Manattan like that? Even in this market, not many struggling 20-somethings (without mommy/daddy $$$) have that kind of place.

Hmmm Michele, I guess when you put it that way, it was very unrealistic. I never really liked Jen and I guess that's why I thought it was better she die than Joey. If they ever have a reunion show, Joey could NEVER come back.

Honestly, I didn't feel like Jen had centerstage in the show... I don't know... I was just impressed with the episode as a whole.

As for the kids in 'The Creek' it's funny you mention how unattractive they were, because I was thinking that to myself last night.

And totally agree with you about the Newhart ending, that was a very clever ending!

I never like Jen - so the idea of her dying didn't really bother me - until I watched it - I WAS HYSTERICAL!!!! My DH thought I was nuts . I taped it and watched it after it was over.

I am happy that Joey choose Pacey. I was hysterical when Jen died. It was so sad. I thought they could of done it a little better instead of giving her some disease that noone heard of and she had all this time but noone knew about it until now.

Other than that, it was a great show. Its on syndication 10 am every morning now.
