She died of a heart problem they didn't know she had until she got pregnant. Some left ventricular something... very long name for it.

I love the fact that they waited till last minute!! It made it suspensful!! Jenn made them ALL realize how short life is & they have to do what they want in the little time they have. In that way I thought it was perfect.

And how cute were the old couple on the beach when they saw Jack & Dept Doug kissing & said 'That's sweet' LOL!!!!!!!

Although I liked the Newhart ending....This is by far the best!!

I loved the ending, but the whole show was so depressing, maybe because I ahd just had a fight with a firend 2 hours before the show, but I was very happy that Joey picked Pacey and not Dawson.
