I would give it away immediately. I can't dispaly anything with hearts in my home with a good conciense.

my shower favor was a heart shaped measuring cup. it is in a box where it will remain. other people liked it though

I also received toasting flutes with hearts that I am thinking the reception hall will 'misplace'

What's with the heart problem? Just curious...

This is a difficult choice... the frame is very pretty (unlike so many of the others we brides see along the way)... but the CD is a great idea too. I think you should do what fits best in your budget.

I would prefer a CD and lotto ticket. I never know what to do with frames b/c I have so many.

Personally, I like the frame. The only thing with things remembered is, I've gotten several things from them, and they always tarnish terribly. I think the frame with a 'love' type quote or any cool quote would be a very nice idea.

I like the frame. I would probably listen to the CD a few times and stash it in the collection. I would definitely use the frame. Then you can send a pic to them later and they can chose to put it in there or not. I think most would.

I think it is a GREAT idea! It is very cute and thoughtful!

I can't tell you how many wedding favors I have just thrown in the trash! That is somethign that I would keep!

I've gotten CD's before, and they just sit with all my empty CD cases and collect dust. It's not that often where I want to listen to the sappy songs on the CD's I have gotten from weddings. (NO OFFENSE TO ANYONE!) JMO

I definately vote for the cute frame!
(you could use them as your placecards too!)m

Personally, I would prefer the frame. But maybe I am biased cause thats what I am giving out...

If I got a CD I would listen to it once and then probably just put it in a pile with other random CDs.

What do you think the majority of your guests would like?

I agree with Meg...I wouldn't use that.
CD I guess it really depends...see the thing is the few times I've received a CD as a favor, it was always stuff I was never gonna play in my radio...or bc the couple burned so many...the tracks start skipping and u cant hear it nicely.
so i always wind up chucking them.

I'm sorry ...JMO.

I just can't stand them. To the point of irrational aggitation.

I don't like anything 'cutesy': poems ( rhyming greeting card types, I don't mean real poetry like T.S. Elliot ), cartoon characters, sappy love quotes. It think its all tacky & makes me wanna hurl.

I do like the idea of a frame though & yes, no one has the perfect favor.

Mine are glass bowls that I'm many people have no use for, but my mom insisted on something 'substantial' & I liked the leaf pattern on them.
