My ceremony started at 6:30. This is what I did:
11:30-1:00 Hair and Make-up
1:30 Bridesmaids arrive, get dressed, flowers arrive
1:45 photographer arrives, I get dressed, pics of me getting ready. Pics of me with mom, sister, family. A photographer also arrives at Rays house and takes pics of him getting ready.
2:30 Limo picks up boys and arrives at my house 2:45
2:45 Julie & Ray see eachother for the first time
2:45-2:50 Julie and Ray time alone, pictures
2:50- 3:15 some family pictures
3:15-3:45- Drive to Planting Fields Arboretum
3:45-5:00 Pictures with bridal party at arobretum
5:00-5:30 drive from arboretum to HTH
5:30-6:00 pics at HTH with family, BP
6:00-6:30 Julie relax in Bridal suite, Bridal Party was served food and drinks.
6:30- Ceremony!

I will simply insert 'Eileen' and 'Brett' and I am good to go
