Photos @ Milleridge

Hello, we're getting married 4/7/01 and having the reception at the Milleridge Inn.

Does anyone know whether or not the grounds are good for photos? One photographer I met with said there was an area in the back of the Inn which worked well.

Thanks!

The grounds are BEAUTIFUL for photos - either ask your photographer for shots s/he's done there or take a tour of the grounds yourself. Around the inn, the 2 reception halls & even their little village! : )

Esp in April. The spring flowers will be in bloom...

And if it rains - inside is also very, very beautiful in both the Cottage & the Carriage house.

You'll need to be patient - it is a slide show and does take a little time to load, depending upon your connection.....and there is a pause between phasing to the next photograph. Hope this helps in your decision making! : )

I'm already dizzy ; )

Lisa I am using Cassarino at the Cottage (4/28/01) and when looking at their hundreds of pics of the cottage realized that there aren't many shots with just nature in the background--meaning at Milleridge there is alot of background scenery(buildings/carriages) that sort of thing-- i didn't realize that I wanted something like a huge tree or water background until I saw all their photos--so depending on what you want--the Milleridge can be perfect Since we are getting married within weeks of each other can you tell me what you have done at the Milleridge We booked without even tasting--but plan on doing it late April so we can get a sense as to what the gardens will look like next year Laura

Here are my answers:

Yes we are feeding our vendors - we have 4. They will be eating the same as us - and we will be charged 1/2 price for each of their plates.

Milleridge wedding

Laura,

We booked also without tasting. I have heard their food is great. I am going to go one weekend in early April to check out the photo situation. I'd like to take pictures at the beach or something but feel it'll be too much of a pain to get there, etc. So, I'll see what the grounds look like. Thanks for letting me know though.

I am meeting with several photographers during the next few days. And will try to check out transportation too. I also have my dress picked out for the most part. I keep going back to this one.

Milleridge wedding

we have the photo/video(Cassarino) and are about to book with a band(FullHouse)--trying to decide about limos-- but aren't sure about the numbers haven't started dress shopping--I am finishing my Masters degree--so after May I will have more time to dress shop--we went to the florist at Milleridge-because we want to upgrade but their proces seemed high--so not sure what we are going to do about centerpieces-- that is about all we have done--well i guess that is enough for now--but the dress is def my next big step if you want you can check out our website www.laurajeremy.homestead.com/home.html Laura

Just my opinion. But I think a lot will agree.
