Karina, they are wonderful. I actually started to cry as I was reading the scroll because my dad and sister have Diabetes.

I cry the most when they are having a diabetic reaction (especially my sister). My dad was 13 when you got it and my sister was 11 (she is going to be 24).

My dad doesnt have to do the insulen yet, they are working on controling his high cholestoral. So far that has been giving him the most complications. But thank god its under control with medication and change in his diet.

I cry just thinking about the future because I lost both my grandparents and I dont want him to suffer the way they did.

Lisa & Karina: Do you girls get checked for diabetes?? I've been getting checked for years and everything has always been good. My blood work always comes back normal, but its something I try and do at least twice a year
