These cakes are really nice...especially the 1st and the 2nd one...Peggy...does Chateau Briand charge extra for somthing like the 1st cake??

They shouldnt, we had originally given that cake as what we wanted and changed it about a week after. Its fondant rolled in sugar crystals...you will meet wtih Erga to do you cake and most likely she wont charge you. We added a layer to our cake with no charge

ok thats good to know...Do they give you a cake tasting also before you pick the cake??

We didnt have one...I can guarantee you tho that the cake will be AMAZING! My ILs used Ergas for their wedding almost 40 years ago so that must mean something...and their cookies are insane.

I've only seen these cakes that were all white, but had some type of white sparkle covering it. Does anyone have any picts with similar effects? 'Edible Glitter'
