Things are moving along-seems like the deal will go through.
The house is in Lake Panamoka-its lakeview.
The exterior needs updating, I don't like the arrangement of the windows in the front, so we will move them & vinyl side the front(the sides & back already have vinyl)
& the yard needs fixing up

It's beautiful, I have to agree W T F were they thinking with those windows??? Where is the lake view, from the back? I bet it's beautiful, when do you find out????

Thanks everyone-Stace-it's too contemporary weird for me-LOL if that makes sense! But we'll change it.
Claud-Lake Panamoka is near Wading River-so its northeast of where we are now.
