We also used When God Made You. I heard it once a few months before we got married while surfing the car radio, and I had to pull over because I just started bawling my eyes out....go on line and listen to a sample.

We decided on Suddenly by Billy Ocean, after going through about a dozen songs, that either I rejected, or he rejected. The only other song we agreed on was Whole New World from Aladdin, but his best man used it last year, so we decided against it.

This is our wedding song also. I told FH I'm a little disturbed by the skin and bones reference and the line 'for you I'd bleed myself dry'. But the funniest thing happened the other night....I was playing songs on my iTunes and had it set to shuffle. And as soon as that song came on, about 2 seconds later FH came home. Very strange

I like the Tony Bennet version of the Stevie Wonder song- For Once in My Life. I have to get FH to listen to it. We're having lots of problems picking out a good 1st Dance Song. We never really had a 'song' before!
