Hi. I went to a wedding this past weekend and heard Nora Jones version of Love Me Tender and I will most likely choose that.

everlasting love- lionel ritchie/diana ross
Do you mean endless love? Everlasting Love is a fast song, there is an old one and a newer one by Gloria Estefan.
We are using Truly by Lionel Ritchie (almost 100% sure!)
yes that's what i meant.... oops! my brain took a little vacation!

We're using 'Come What May' from the movie Moulin Rouge.
US TOO!
This is the song I wanted for the longest time and my fiance is soooo against it. I am so mad! He thinks it's too theatrical and over the top? So I said 'Our love is over the top'.![]()
Are you all having a band play it or are you playing it right from the sound track? Are you shortening it or playing the whole thing? How can I convince my Fiance to go along with this? I love the words to this song and I like that a guy and a girl both sing it.

We are thinking of playing it just from the soundtrack, since it is quite theatrical. I don't know if a band would be able to play it with as much emotion as on the soundtrack, but the issue my FH and I are having is how to dance to it. He wants to go take lessons and choreograph it and I just want to slowly sway side to side!

Re: Post your first dance song!!!!
What do you guys think of Yellow by Coldplay? It's different...but I love it. Stupid question, what do you think 'yellow' stands for. Here are the lyrics:Look at the stars,
Look how they shine for you,
And everything you do,
Yeah, they were all yellow.
I came along,
I wrote a song for you,
And all the things you do,
And it was called 'Yellow.'
So then I took my turn,
Oh what a thing to have done,
And it was all 'Yellow.'
Your skin
Oh yeah, your skin and bones,
Turn into something beautiful,
You know, you know I love you so,
You know I love you so.
I swam across,
I jumped across for you,
Oh what a thing to do.
Cos you were all 'Yellow,'
I drew a line,
I drew a line for you,
Oh what a thing to do,
And it was all 'Yellow.'
Your skin,
Oh yeah your skin and bones,
Turn into something beautiful,
And you know for you,
I'd bleed myself dry for you,
I'd bleed myself dry.
It's true, look how they shine for you,
Look how they shine for you,
Look how they shine for,
Look how they shine for you,
Look how they shine for you,
Look how they shine.
Look at the stars,
Look how they shine for you,
And all the things that you do.
