oh boy, the noises that will come out of her are crazy!! she will snore like a human, definately make the hacking sounds. my pug 'Destiny' does that all the time. they have bad sinus problems so they breathe w/ their mouths open a lot so it can get pretty noisy. but they r soooo cute!

Thank you for the information! I am glad that I know what is going on! It is hard to take over a dog, not knowing everything about her!

So far in the first 3 days, she has been a pleasure! I am trying to teach her some basic commands, such as SIT and OUT.

Oh yea pugs LOVE baby carrots. Thats pretty much what I give petunia for treats. They also have a tendency for kissing atttacks. So cute. I couldn't ask for a better dog. Pugs are great with kids. Petunia loves to play all of the time. Also they bond with one person in particular. I can't walk around the house without her by my feet.
