Mine is simple - My FH calls me his princess (how sweet) he started calling me that about a month of us dating and it stuck. He even painted me a huge crown with my name in it (Charisse) and Princess under the crown. He's so cute. 47 stands for the street I live on.

I actually really enjoy cooking - but due to our schedules we tend to get food delivered way too often. . .so we refer to our cookbook as our folder of take out menus. . . hence, takeoutcook.

i should probably change it though - we found the farmer's market on roosevelt island a few months ago and have been buying fresh produce and seafood there for a while - so i've been cooking more often.

I love this thread! When my fiance and I met, he asked me for my screenname, which has the word DESTINY in it. When I told him, he laughed because he had just came back from a cruise..the Carnival Destiny! I guess it was meant to be

and 11-7 is our anniversary!

Glad you asked... because the name created a lot of confusion at the GTG - I'm actually not from there.

200 Cigarettes was one of those bad movies that had a gaggle of stars in it before they actually became famous - Dave Chappelle was a taxi driver in the movie - who picked up 2 girls from - you guessed it - with such ridiculous LI accents that he couldn't understand what they were saying.... hence the Ronkonkomonga.

I just thought it was fun to say...

I have to give Jenniesunshine credit... she was the only one who picked up on such an obscure reference.

I thought I replied to this already.. apparently NOT! ha ha... anyways....

Mine is from when I was in HS , and we FIRST got Prodigy (remember that?? it was the first 'AOL' ha ha...) and my mom had to creat SN's for us, and she came up with...

Sue (my name)
Z (as in 'thee')
Boss (as in , I am the boss)

Ha ha... it was a 'teenage' bossing around people period of my live, that i've, um, hum, outgrown...?? ha ha

more from the not so creative side of names (unlike neeniebeanie! love that handle!) bluesashbride-i'm wearing a sash dress-blue sash dress. so it was an obvious choice for me.

great question though, i'm really enjoying hearing some of the explanations for these fun names!
