Questions about Jericho Terrace
Hi...I'm new on here. A friend told me I should join and that it would be a tremendous help with planning our wedding. My fiance and I are seriously considering Jericho Terrace as our location, but I'm not sold on the price they gave me for a Friday in November. I was wondering is anyone else has had their reception there on a Friday in Oct/Nov and if they were able to negoatite down from thier first offer. Any help/advice is appreciated.
Thanks!

Re: Questions about Jericho Terrace
I didn't look at JT but usually Nov is out of wedding season and they should be able to lower the price. When we started looking I wanted Sept/Oct. If we went with Nov, which we did, we saved over $15.00 per person. HTH

Re: Questions about Jericho Terrace
I don't have any personal experience with Jericho Terrace, but most of the time, especially off peak, you can negotiate. I would absolutely go in there and say, 'Hey, I like your place but the lower price I was offered at (any other venue) is seriously swaying my decision making. Will you give me that price?'Check out a bunch of similar places and show them the cheapest written quote you are offered. Ask them to match it. If they don't, you can still always accept whatever they're willing to charge you, but in November you should have a lot of bargaining power.
