do any of your cats not actually meow, but scream as if someone is ripping the skin off his/her body?

The sound my boy makes is this horrible gutteral thing. I guess it could be mistaken for a painful bellow, but he is aways just fine.

that's exactly what he does!
He's so strange sometimes, I wonder if he's the only cat out there that does these things.....
