i was just thinking the same thing the other day when i was shopping with my sister! she was buying leggings and big sweaters to wear with belts!!! I was like 'you know i used to wear this stuff in the 80's????' I'm gonna flip if she starts to tease her bangs and listen to NKOTB!

I was fat in the 80s and couldnt wear the stuff. Now that its back in and I can wear it, I dont think I want to.

I've seen girls with belts over their shirts. Hey and theres nothing wrong with NKOTB!!!! I used to LOVE them!!

sweater dresses...

I got busted in high school for wearing a long Irish Fisherman's sweater and calling it a dress. It came halfway down my thighs and I stuck a belt on it... but somehow they figured me out and my mom was LIVID that I was caught at school without pants!

I went through all of the 80's the BIG Hair, leg warmers, big loose sweaters that slipped off the one shoulder. We all wanted to look like Pat Benatar at one point or another. Ah the good old days!!!!

I work with a girl, who is a little on the plump size...

She is soooooooooo stuck in the 80's she reminds me of MIMI from the Drew Carey Show... Not kidding 20 LBS of purple eye shadow... it is insane...

Yes girls believe it the 80's is back...well kind of here are my thoughts on it!

I can't deal with the 'skinny jeans'...I don't care how skinny you are they don't look good on anyone!

I have to say I still like legwarmers...I'm a dancer and I love being able to get away with wearing them to a dance class

I will never let my hair go past 1' high...there is no need for your hair to make you a foot taller!

Leggings...hell yea love them especially under a denim skirt plus they hide flaws great!

I love big belts, I think they are very complimenting to 'almost' all body types unless it gets caught under someone's belly chunks then it's just wrong!

Cheezy jewelry like beaded necklaces, big earrings, big rings and bangle bracelets...I gotta say I do still love!

I am so psyched about the whole 80s thing coming back. I think it is hysterical and fun and can be done well if you know what you are doing.

(aka do not wear leggings AND the sweater dress AND the big belt AND the flat ballet slippers AND the gold nameplate necklace)

For those women on this board that were born in the 80's they missed out on all the lovely, non-flattering, manly, criss-crossed,vertical, puffy, horizontal, horrible fashion!

I refuse to wear it! NOPE! NOPE! Just can't do it!
