I am on the ZONE diet delivery. They deliver 5 'meals' a day... but they are soooo small. And I force myself to eat it even if I don't like it because otherwise I will just be hungry.

All I can think about is food... I came here to think about something else BUT... then again - food is ALWAYS a hot topic here.

On the plus side... I lost 12 lbs in 4 days. Yeah - it's all water weight... but it's still good.

Total of 22lbs lost since the last week of May.

I switched providers and I am using ZoneChef's instead of Zone Long Island. Food is REALLY good... but f*ing expensive.

my friend said I should start doing this.

selling meals that is.

I told her I have no idea what the nutritional values are for the things I cook.

so I could not guarantee weight loss.

SO MUCH BETTER.

Old place gave me plain grilled chicken with lettuce leaves like... everyday.

I could do that myself.

This place? OMG.

Seafood risotto purses.
Cannelloni with fresh pesto
Cinnamon Cupcakes with cream cheese icing.
Delightful.

But now I need to get my *** back to the gym so I can lose weight and not look like an empty garbage liner.
