this has been brought up a lot for me lately.. my sil just quit, she takes chantex, my brother is quitting come friday.. my mother keeps telling me and FH that we should quit too.. but you have to WANT to quit and as stupid as it sounds, we dont want to. but the other night someone said 'do you really want to be wearing a white wedding dress with a cig hanging out of your mouth' and that got FH thinking and he said he wants to quit before the wedding.. i told him (sunday- as i was starting to feel sick) that if i do fully get sick (which i now have) that i'll prob quit, cause I usually don't smoke when i have a sore throat/cough/stuffy nose... yea, I just had a cig about 2 minutes ago.

so i'm not sure if we actually will...

I quit 2 years ago, but FH is a smoker and will be outside!

It's so hard. I know it is bad for me, and I know it is a disgusting habit, but I am true smoker and I love it and don't feel like quitting anytime soon. My morning coffee and after dinner smoke, oh and my alcohol induced chain smoking! I don't hide it from my family or FH's family. I am who I am. I guess we will see what summer/fall 2010 brings.
