we booked hall,band,photo,video,flowers and officiants. i ordered my gown and picked out my BM gowns.
still have to find and book hotels,honeymoon,makeup and hair

My gown
Tuxedos are picked out (just need the guys to get measured in a few months)
BM gowns all ordered
flowers (maybe changing a few, but that can wait)
photography
videography
band for reception
strings for ceremony
invitations picked out (just need to make my final count, so that I know how many to order)
MOB custom gown ordered
shoes/ bag ordered (just need died to match the exact white of my gown)
rehearsal dinner
made, and mailed save the dates
ordered yarmulkes from one company, that were horrible, and re-ordered them from another company
booked honeymoon
blocked OOT guest rooms
reserved rooms for bridal party, parents, and the bridal suite for FH and I
planned and had my engagment party
ordered bridal party gifts

still need:

veil (don't think I want a headpiece)
undergarments
make donation for favors, and print up scrolls that say we did so
make programs (if I'm using them at all, can't decide)
seating arrangments and place cards (can't do that until I know who is coming)
gown fittings
pick menu (appt. in April)
hair/makeup trials (b/c the person I booked retired)

I think i'm in good shape

~My dress, ordered and arrived-checking it tonight
~BM dresses, ordered and arrived, some have picked up and checkd some are still at the Bridal Shop
~Favors picked, Im making my own don't have all the 'ingrediants' but working on it.
~Invitations picked in the process of ordering
~Bookmarks as an extra touch
~Compiling my bridal Shower guest list, according to my MOH I have to turn it in to her by this weekend!

Need to do:
shoes
calligraphy
book honeymoon
guest book
mail invitations
finish paying all vendors
make menu
finish dress alterations

Im sure there is a lot more I'm just experiencing a brain freeze.

I was engaged one month when this thread started and didn't even know this website existed! How ever did I survive the day!

Still have left:
Pre-cana sign up
Input Guest List into computer
Order Invites
Set up Limos
Get shoes and hair pins
Get my lighthouses for the centerpieces(not in until March!)
Order candles and votive holders
Buy Tulle for decorating
Find OTT bags
Make programs and menu cards

I'm sure I am forgetting stuff but this doesn't look too bad. I will have a lot of DIY stuff to make and do in the future, though.

i have so many LITTLE things to do! but the big stuff is mostly all done.

its all never ending. and if i posted my todo list i'm sure it would take up one whole page.

things i'm doing this weekend:
pick readings
schedule another meeting with chaplain (we've got like 3 or 4 more to go)
rough out a schedule of event for wedding weekend
get a brunch plan figured out and booked

I still have to get the invite and the cake toper and but a downpayment on the florist. Just about done
