you definetly should send a thank you, 'for sharing in your day.'Of course we want a gift, but is supposidly about them sharing in your day, right?
I think it;s increadibly rude of a hosts to not acknowledge everyone. You should not value the quality of a thank you on the quality of a gift.
My FH sister had a christening,,months later she said, 'I did not send you a TY card, since you gave no gift...WHAT? We handed you a card (with gift card) whe we got there. she felt like an ass for losing it. Afterwards I ever said to my FH we still should have gotten a TY for being there.

she must have been a good enough co- worker for you to have invited her. so imo yes you should send her one. is the wedding about the money we get or is it in the day we celebrate te joining of 2 people... it's not about the money.. inside just write a quick note saying thanks for you sharing in our special day with us... you gift of you being there was enough of a gift. i have a few people i know that are not probly going to give a gift but i still want them there to share in my special day!
I agree.
I would feel that if she showed up and celebrated my day with me that was gift enough. JMHO.
Send a thank you.
