Our 2nd choice was Jericho Terrace, but Leonard's won out just because I'd been there before and FH fell in love with it.

ours was JT too. but we didn't like the fact that the room was still under renovations and we didn't want to book without seeing it finished. so we went with Leonard's.

Re: Stolen from '11 - What was your second choice RH?

My second choice was Oheka, it was my first choice but my FH HATED it and thought it was impersonal. So we choose not to book it.

Re: Stolen from '11 - What was your second choice RH?

If you ask me, it was Bridgeview Yacht Club, but if you ask FH, it was the Huntington Harbor Club.

FH loved VYC tho and I only liked it. Then when my family came to see it, my Dad said, 'Grandpa would have loved this.'

That was that. We booked VYC.

before we saw our RH we saw VIP Country Club and we just love it! but we couldnt afford it due to the high min, and went to see GI, which worked out great cause as we stepped in we knew thats where we want to be married

That's so funny. We had the opposite experience. VIP was willing to work with us on the min. while Glenn Island wouldn't budge.

Glenn Island wouldnt budge on ANYTHING for us either! oh well their loss!

We would have LOVED garden city hotel, bc thats were we met, but we just assumed it would be way to much... that or I wanted tribeca rooftop but that was way to much

Re: Stolen from '11 - What was your second choice RH?

I fell in love with VYC the minute I walked in. I didn't really want to look at any other place after I saw it. I

I love the Foxhollow as well, I think its so romantic, if I hadn't seen VYC first, I might've booked there.

Re: Stolen from '11 - What was your second choice RH?

2nd choice was Swan Club, and 3rd would have been Westbury Manor. Leonards wasnt on my radar but out of all the RH's I went to, they offered the best price and the most for our money...Swan Club was only a little more $$ but their min was much lower (40 ppl) and unfortunately I had already booked at Leonards the day before I visited Swan Club so that kinda sealed the deal for me..
