Suffolk County 2018/2019 Venue Quotes!?

Hi brides! I just recently got engaged and my fiancé and I want to start looking at venues preferably in Suffolk county. We will be getting some help from our parents, but it will mostly be us paying for our wedding so we'll definitely be on a tight budget. Can anyone send ANY affordable quotes that they have for a 2018-2019 wedding!?

We are mainly interested in September-November 2018 and May-June 2019, but are flexible and interesting in hearing other months priced as well for more options.

 - Larkfield Manor
 - The Watermill

- Windows on the Lake

We are in a very similar situation. We are paying for our wedding ourselves and are looking at June 2019 so we have some time to budget for it. The only place on your list that we have seen is Windows on the Lake because they do an off season wedding package. We played around with the idea of having an off peak wedding to save money but have decided to find an affordable venue that will allow us to have our wedding whenever we'd like. Windows' off season (jan, feb) all inclusive package is 13700 for 125 people. I wasn't particularly impressed with the place and there was a lot of false advertisement that didn't sit well with me (for one, the guy added 700 dollars to the advertised package price with no explanation and the ceremony fees seemed really high). All of the places we have looked at/are looking at offer all inclusive packages (so dj, limo, flowers, cake, catering, full cocktail hour, and open bar is included in all these prices. ) Smithtown Landing- 11999++ for an all inclusive for 100 people, 85++ for people over 100 Sunset Harbour- 9995++ for an all inclusive for 100 or 13995 for 150 Brentwood Country Club- 9999++ for an all inclusive for 100 people (we do not yet know the per person over 100 price) Meadow Club- 9999++ for an all inclusive for 100 people, 75++ for people over 100 The cheapest quote I have seen was Marconi Manor, the all inclusive package was 7,700 for 75 guests then $53.95 per adult over. If you look at the outside of the place on Google Earth you will see why. I feel like the places I listed above are honestly as low as you can go and still have a nice venue and not have to really sacrifice anything! P.S. I'm pretty sure East Wind offers an all inclusive package at thatched cottage for about 10,000 but my job does our professional development at East Wind and there was mold in the Orange juice, yuck!!
