SUPER overwhelmed bride to be [suggestions for 2016-2017, flexible]

hi ladies! i am recently engaged and SO overwhelmed with all of the information. we made our guest list (which our parents keep adding to!!!), and our budget (sort of) and now i am trying to price out venues. i orginally wanted something 'unique' and not at a venue, but after looking into to - it's just too much. so now, i begin the overwhelming task of looking into LI catering halls.

we are open to dates (saturdays in winter 2016 to fall 2017) with around 175-200 people, and i was wondering if anyone had any suggestions?

i LOVE riviera but don't think it can fit our guest list. i am going to check out flowerfields, woodbury country club and i LOVE the winter garden room at fox hollow. it's hard to tell from just photo's and i haven't been to too many wedding's myself. i love rustic-y, exposed beams, exposed brick...

does anyone have costs for those? or something similar to that? quotes for any? and any time of year!

How many people are you looking to have? I'm sending you FM with my quotes.. just keep in mind they're older, so a lot of these prices will be higher now.
