Good for you and good luck!Hang in there, it gets REALLY easy after the first two weeks (I was a b!tch on wheels because I was constantly cranky and hungry!, but after that is was a piece of cake...and SOOO worth it).
Good luck!

I am on it too- I lost 17 lbs so far. Please FM me if you have any questions. My best advice if you are doing points- write everything down, drink plenty of water and make sure you exercise.
Good Luck!

The core plan- go to page 21 in the getting started book. You can eat as much of those foods that make you feel satisfied (they will have a check mark next to them in the book). After that you can use the 35 extra points you get a week to have specials treats that aren't part of the core plan. (such as cookies, wine etc)
Think of the core plan as all lean meats, fish, veggies, fruit, (one serving of wheat pasta or rice per day), fat free dairy and fat free cheese
I only bought the one extra book, not the dining out one because most of them are chains and you can look everything up on line. The price is a good value though.
