Ang dont apologize. Im not sure if you know this, but this has been in the works for a while now, and a lot of brides that feel they were left out dont understand that they werent even members yet. I tried to explain this before, but people will take it to heart anyway.
i'm not trying to start anything, but i've been a member for years, why wasn't i included?
this is why i barely post because everyone has there 'cliques' that exclude people.
I have learned a long while ago that this is how it is - nothing new
I am glad that whatever was going to be done for Ang was thought of because she is such a nice girl, even though I don't know her all that well- she is always offering the positive.
All of these girls are really good kind people, and I don't think anyone meant to hurt others by not including them
However, I will admit that I would have loved to have been included as well. I think this board is supposed to be a community of fellow brides who are ALL supporting one another.
Maybe if these side cliques or frienships start and things are going to be done that don't include EVERYONE it would be best to do these things privately through e-mail and not on the boards so others are not made to feel bad, excluded, etc .. . .
Just an idea- not to offend anyone- because I do think everyone is kind and warm hearted, I just think that feelings are getting hurt all too often by the 'cliqueness' where really everyone should feel welcome and included

That goes for me too. I love helping people. But I'm sure the reasons were good for not asking everyone.

I just wanted to say thank you to those ladies that didn't know about this but have said that they would have liked to have been a part of it. That means so much to me that you would want to do something for me.

Re: The cat is out of the bag...
I am, respectfully, rather amazed by the turn these replies have taken. How can anyone be offended that one very lovely person (Flaca) tried to initiate something special for another very lovely and special person (Ang) -- I knew nothing about it, FM'd what was up and told in a kind way immediately. Am I offended not to be involved? Of course not.How on earth can we begrudge anyone this? Not everyone is involved in everything. Some people resonate with some more than others. SO WHAT? Enjoy the boards and remember that in the end, it is a board. Do not worry about what others are doing. Ask for help or support when needed and it will be provided. Know that you can vent about nearly any bridal topic and you will find a supportive ear. But this sense that anytime anyone does something or speaks to anyone in a fun manner that does not explain every detail to everyone is silly. I chat about different things with different people and enjoy different things with different people. That is life, and so too, the 05 board. Enjoy everyone, serious terrible things happen all over the world; let us leave this site as a refuge for fun and joy.
Ang, Flaca, and ALL, may all your dreams come true and your weddings and marriages be blessed.
My $0.10.

Re: The cat is out of the bag...
No one is begrudging anyone of anything . . . people are just expressing that since they are part of this board, and like Ang, that they would have liked to have been involved in contributing to the surprise. As you can see, Ang is touched by the fact that so many people would have wanted to be included. Just because people aren't part of the Clique doesn't mean they wouldn't like to be part of something kind and fun for a fellow bride. Hey, the way I see it, the more the merrier. I like all of these girls as a matter of fact Stacey was very supportive of me with a difficult wedding situation and Ang also offered me some support. I think they are two wonderful people(Stacey and Ang- you are both dolls!!! I hope I did not offend either of you with what I said, I was just being sincere, as I am now)

I agree, though I don't know Ang as well as some of you do, I would have loved to have helped out with whatever it was if I could have!

Wow, I finally got through reading all your posts and your all right Ang is a great person, but she this wasnt something to make a 'woo is me' at all or to not include anyone, I dont rememeber how this all got started but its done with and out of respect to andrea, someone that has respect for everyone lets put this to bed.
