Got my first choice, but my 2nd choice was Atlantica...opted for a mansion over the beach, plus it was so far.

Harbor Club in Huntington. Had it been located a little bit closer to Queens we would ahve booked it.

Probably either Gotham Hall or Cipriani in NYC.

ETA that I read the question wrong. The above halls were TOTALLY out of my price range. They are more of 'fantasy' locations.

I had no second choice. I love the Bourne Manison.

We almost booked Westbury Manor but now that I look back I am glad that we went with Chateau Briand.

We originally wanted a destination wedding and were looking into Disney or the Sagamore in Lake George.

Our second choice out of the ones locally would have been The Surf Club in New Rochelle. The outdoor ceremony was on the beach.

We had two second choices

Watermill and Westbury Manor

But they were not in our budget for a Saturday night, plus they had very few available for the time we wanted.

our wedding will be at Temple Chaverim

2nd choice was Temple Beth Sholom

(i never expected a temple wedding, i just loved those 2 places.)

if it was not at a temple, it would have been milleridge

We didn't really have a second. We really wanted a vineyard wedding but not ONE vineyard called us back. Other than that we only looked at the VM and GW manor. So I guess 'a vineyard' would have been our 2nd choice

Thatched Cottage.

Our final decision was between our Queens church, skyline pictures and Milleridge or my old LI church, no skyline pictures and Thatched Cottage.

Logistically, we thought we couldn't pull off Thatched Cottage with our Queens church.
