For me nothing is really changing. We live together alreday we both spend time with our friends at least once a week and if I want alone time I just go to a differnt room and stay by myself. so really nothing is changing for me but my last name

Call be clingy if you wish but I HATE being single. I love having someone else there all the time, especially since most our relationship was long distance.

If I had to pick ONE thing.. I guess itd have to be that feeling when you have a crush on someone and they have it back...

The alone time, I love being with FH but i also like the fact that i can go home and be by myself sometimes.

for me, it has to be living alone. fh and I see each other pretty much every day, BUT there are some days when he goes off and does his thing, and I can just go home and be alone. Watch food tv, eat pizza, and worry about NO ONE but myself. It's very selfish I know (but once and I while I don't think there is anything wrong with that) and I know I will miss it terribly, though most likely not until the initial 'newlywed' bliss is over.

Do you honestly think for the next 70years you won't be able to turn on the TV alone and munch on some pizza? Of course you will!!! That's what playing hookie from work is for!!! LOL You need 'you' time!!! And you will still get it.

To be honest I don't think much about single life. Its almost like a distant memory. I've been with joe so long and hes feels the same way as I do on this. We can't imagine life without being together.

We've been together since highschool, so I can't even remember being single. I guess it would be hanging out with friends....But I would much rather be with my FH

having my own bank account and being able to spend money any way that i want. it will be weird having to think about money as 'ours' instead of 'mine'.

The last minute road trips
Flirting with cute boys
Happy hours that started at 4 and lasted until ?

But actually since I tried everything I wanted to, the only thing I will really miss is having the whole bed to myself.

To be very honest, I am just so excited to finally be married, live in the same location and start our happy little family with our 2 cats. I don't think I'll miss anything except maybe my last name that I have to give up.

wow...I loved this thread.

I DO miss being able to go home and have no one there when I get there...that hardly ever happens now...

but at the same time, I love hearing dh's key in the door when he gets home, knowing that he is opening up the door to me...

I still flirt like a mutha...and it's all well and good. I'll never stop, but I'll never do something that would hurt my dh...so I don't have to...

I DO get to spend a bit more on myself now that we live together...a definite plus

other than that...it wasn't as dramatic a change as I thought....I have been able to maintain my sense of self...I am still Jessica...not just Leo's wife.

Honestly, I miss going out and getting sh*tfaced and attracting random dudes....it's always flattering to have a few guys following me around a bar. Now I just feel so responsible and not as attractive.
