Tim’s Florist, Massapequa Park review

Hey girls,
I just wanted to tell you about our fabulous florist booking experience. We’re getting married in the Riviera in Massapequa and they are working with Tim’s florist in the same town. I knew right away that that I preferred working with them because they’ve done weddings there forever and know the place inside out but I still decided to shop around in Brooklyn just to compare prices and see what else is out there. We went to Marine Florist, which came very recommended, and I don’t know maybe they are the best florist in Brooklyn and are doing fabulous work but the first thing we heard from them was NO WE CAN’T DO THAT (and it was a very simple thing we just wanted to make sure that the arch we put in front of the gazebo can be moved inside in case of rain). So after long and hard negotiations we came to a price estimate, which was still $1000 over our budget , but he reassured us that it’s totally fine to be at least $1000 off….

After this appointment we headed out to Massapequa. Right from the start we knew this is the place for us and everything is going to work out just as we wanted. Sue understood our vision, and especially our budget right from the start. She had great recommendations, reassured us that nothing is unreasonable and CAN’T be done, and had a back up plan for everything. It doesn’t hurt that she’s been working with our RH for years and knows everything inside out.

Of course I will leave the review of her actual work till after the wedding, but service wise this place was excellent! And the prices are great. It was exactly within our budget and we didn’t even have to negotiate. We booked in the spot and were soooooooooo relieved.

So for now all I can do is tell my booking story and recommend definitely booking her if you’re getting ready in the Riviera and at leas checking her out if your hall is closer to the Massapequa area.

HTH and pls do share any experiences you may have had with this florist.
