Neens inspired me to throw some color into my thank you...but i'm not digging it? Ray absolutely loves it, but of course I need to know what you ladies think?

I'm priting them out on 4x6 and putting them on blank white linen cards I have bought

ets: sounds nice but i just don't like it for some reason and ray loves it...any suggestions??

Hmmm. It looks off balance. I think the combo of the vertical and horizontal pics throw it off. I like a splash of color but the background seems too 'loud'.

How about something like this

I do not know what you used for a background but I recall loving your runner

I did not try match up the red text at all so I know - it looks totally off.

ohhhhhhhhh thats soooooo cute!!! and i love how it incorporates the aisle runner (Azad- then that ensures that Everyone sees it!!!!)

i agree, the first one is a bit busy. what if you just toned down the coloring on the background.. The pictures are great, it's just the background thats a little busy.

My two cents..

I like both, but if I had to choose, I'd choose the one with the aisle runner, because you have red in some of your pictures having the red in the background is a little too much..

But over-all I LOVE the idea of this type of thank you! very different and very original!!

I LOVE the one with the aisle runner .. but to be totally honest, I am not crazy about how the 'thank you' is in red.

eta... Oh I didnt realize that Azad didn't make the one with the aisle runner. Katrina, it came out awesome! I just read where you put you didn't match up the red... so I will now so I love the way it looks, I would just make the red maybe different color?? Or a perfect match to the other red? I dont know.. shoot I wish I had that kinda talent!

thanks mrst for the great idea!! i had put the runner in the background amongst other pics but just didn't love it...

i've updated it now, and this is what we're going with...i've used all your ideas and although there are more pictures i think with the white backround on top of the b&w picture it looks less wierd...what do you guys think?

ETS: i know it looks gray, but don't forget it's going to be on top of a white card, so it'll be 'matted' on white

I am teaching myself photoshop

I have not quite figured it as far as color options out but I am getting there.

It's beautiful!!!!!! Much more balanced and with a great hint of red
