Re: spin-off from high school....what was your favorite trendy type of clothing (now out-dated) while in high school????

Well, by the time I was a senior in HS, it wasn't so bad. In middle school I was a dirtbag and wore flannels, and old jeans and tee shirts. ANything that was three times the size I should be wearing. My mom never bought me expensive clothes, so I didn't get to wear guess, or Z Cavarricis.

OK - did anyone here have the Benetton blue and white rugby??? I was in 6th grade when they were THE thing to have!!!

As for High school - I was a HUGE dead head - which was trendy then - so it was all about tie dyes and love beads for me((( I graduated 1991...

Geesh, HS seems so long ago! I still love to wear jeans and Vans, that'll never change. But I've given up on wearing flannels!! Oh, and the big hoop earrings are gone too.

ETA: Remember those 'Absolute' T-shirts? Everyone was Absolute something or other!!

Oddly enough, where my overall style hasn't really changed that much, I think my fashion sense has drastically improved!!!

And remember the 'naked' shirts...I had one that was about Naked twister or something. Also the 'big johnson' tees.
