Veil--Plastic vs Metal Comb

Hi! So I'm getting a veil custom made by an Etsy vendor. She said she's recently switched to metal combs instead of plastic ones...have any of you girls had experiences with metal combs? I don't think it'll be a big problem, but was just wondering if anyone had an opinion. THANKS!

I'm going to do a review of her when I get the veil. She's just starting out and doesn't have a lot of feedback on Etsy, but she's only charging $28 for the veil so I figured I'd give it a shot. So far she's been very responsive.

I think that metal ones are better....bobby pins hold better on them.

I've heard that metal combs come out more easily without ruining your hairdo (if you're planning on taking the veil off for the reception).....so it's probably for the best!

My hair stylist said to make sure to have a metal comb not a plastic

Cool! Thanks! So I guess it worked out for the better I was curious because I haven't gone searching for many veils yet and the only ones I saw had plastic combs..
