we had to withdraw our offer


Wow...I am so sorry! We actually were quoted a much lower interest rate this week...I was shocked since I knew they had gone up. Work with the right bank/broker if the one you're working with isn't working for you. Good luck! And like Lori said, the right house - your house - IS out there!

you'll find another one! we just went through home drama selling a place but in the end it took a little longer but still worked out a-ok....your home search will turn out just fine!
