Mine was like, $400!!!!!!! I got it in Texas, where my Mom lives. The veil was $100 and the headpiece is $180. I still haven't gotten my alterations done yet but the place I'm going caps out at $200, apparently.

Kathy - I love, love, love that dress. The girly girl in me just swooned when I saw it. I could never wear it myself (don't have the body and I get really hot and it looks heavy) but I bet you'll be gorgeous. It's so feminine and formal. I could picture myself getting married in a cathedral in a big ole fat Catholic Mass on a Saturday night in that...complete with a mantilla and everything! But alas.....

Thanks! I checked into the mantilla that the model is wearing, and the desinger wanted something around $8,000 (I can't remember the exact price, it was definately high!)...I had to decline. As it is, the dress is a fortune.....

but i'm still on the hunt for another mantilla.
