Wedding in the Hamptons

A friend of mine is looking to get married this summer in the Hamptons... Any suggestions?

That what they did to me. I sent in a card and every vendor that's in their magazine started calling me. Stay away!!!

I have a friend who said if he ever got married in the Hamptons, it would be at the East Hampton Point Restaurant....(I never thought I would need that information until now...) Also, a friend got married right on the lawn overlooking the ocean at Westhampton Country Club....it was very nice also.

Hmmm mom was really in charge of them. I had 200 guests and gave out one per couple, I also had plenty of extras for neighbors and other people who gave us gifts. I'm glad you guys liked the idea--sometimes the most inexpensive things can be special :)

I really hope this works out for you. It seems that this situation may put up a wall between you and your future in-laws for all the wrong reasons. Communication is a skill that not many people understand or have.
