Re: Welcome
Sweetie-everyone is welcomed here...at first it seems this way but once you get into posting and you 'get to know' the other girls, you'll feel a lot more comfortable ...and of course you're very welcomed here!

Re: Welcome
Also keep in mind that number of 'viewed' times, also count the number of times you go and look at your post. So if there's 100 views, and you looked at it 25 times, it's really 75 views...

I feel the same way sometimes, I think you have to post all the time to really feel welcome. Not all of us have the extra time to get over a 1,000 posts.![]()
I actually absolutely disagree! I felt welcome after 3 posts!
It's not the size of your 'posting count' that matters!

Re: Welcome
I'm sorry if you don't feel welcome. I have found everyone to be so nice and very helpful, I feel like I know so many of you ladies just from talking through posts, and I only hope to get to know people even better

Very well stated Leese...I'm in complete agreement.
I've seen people who will post 1K++++ of just BS, and I won't respond to their posts, but someone who'll post 10 things that are of value...will make sure to keep an eye out for them to respond.
Obviously this doesn't pertain to this post, but just posting my own opinion in general.

What does a person have to do on here to feel welcome???????????
I felt the same way when I posted about my gown coming in the other day. I felt noone really cared. It takes awhile for others to post replies. Don't feel bad.
I thought it was just me .......Thanks....![]()
Oh Ladies, please don't feel bad. I enrolled myself recently. Some people have been here for a while already and they know each other well. They went to GTGs. So, sometimes we feel left out.
A lot of people will care about your dress, your DYI...

Re: Welcome
don't feel bad, even after 2000 posts I still feel that way.... I just hope that at least some of my 2000 posts were helpful to at least one or two brides. Some people are just more 'popular' than others.

Aww, don't feel bad!!
Everyone is welcome here!! I have over 8K posts and sometimes I still feel like no one cares when I post a new topic!! I know sometimes they get 'lost' in the mix and end up on the 2nd and 3rd pages. So I just go in and bump them until I get more responses.

Re: Welcome
Welcome.
While I never felt unwelcome, I started to feel like this was 'home' once I bonded with a few different posters (over FMs or by them just responding to my posts). You'll see, you'll tend to always respond to certain posters (and on the other hand, ignore certain posters - but I'm not encouraging that just yet
- keep an open mind) or to certain topics. But again, welcome

Re: Welcome
First off WELCOME!!!!
Sorry you feel unwelcome. I have to say though all these ladies are great and have been helpful in their own special way, whether it be emotional support, finding jewelry, posting info on great vendors, etc. We all try our best to help. Some may not respond because they just don't know how to help or have no info to offer. But to me, EVERYONE is welcome.

Re: Welcome
Welcome! I know how you feel. I post fairly often, and sometimes I feel left out, too. I never get any shout outs like the other girls. I feel like I'm not really remembered. But it happens with such a large board. Some people may not get recognized as much, but everyone is welcome here!
