I originally had the hill room also with a list of 75. We recently switched to the Garden room because our list grew to about 100 which i think would fit more comfortably in the larger room. I didnt have to pay any extra per person. I only had to pay for the additional people. I personally think 96 upstairs will be tight. The way Felicia ( who is my BM) explained to me is that your going to have that many people anyway why not give them room to spread out.

We had to gar 90 instead of 75 which isnt bad at all.

Do you think they would set up a rolling (not really moving) bar in the acutal room? I just hate to have the bar in another room

90 is not bad we acutally upped our min in the Hill room to 80 anyway..I'll let you know how it goes

Hi!! I'm new to this topic but I am looking into WM and already went for a tour of the place and absolutely LOVE it! My FH and I are strongly considering the place and will probably be sure within the next couple of weeks whether or not we will be booking there. But I hope to be a regular to this thread! We are looking into about 200 people at our wedding and are planned to be in the ballroom downstairs. Just curious if anyone knows, I forgot to ask Felicia this when I was there, is there more than one wedding at a time if there's a large wedding?

There is a possiblity of 2 weddings at one time but they schedule the time so that they more than likely will not see each other

They dont do official tastings unless its for a food they normally dont serve. Like I am having a west indian station at my cocktail hour and for that i will do a tasting. Other than that they give you a gift cert to eat in the restaurant and try their food that way. Another great way to try the food is at the showcase

Ok I am a little confused and i'm sure its because I missed something. I read that post from the 2010 board and i saw someone mention something about what he said about WM was wrong but i didnt see what he said. Can you elaborate a little.

I will be there tonight. I cant wait. They are going to have the mash potatoe bar again. I tried it at the showcase in March and added it at the last one. Its delish
