Westbury manor help!

Asking for a friend, does anyone know their cancellation policy? Wedding is scheduled for about two weeks from today... TIA. And yes she did read the contract however the lingo is a bit unclear, especially for an even date so near... Before she calls them I think she just wants to figure it all out since a it's a rough time for her, just trying to be a helpful friend. Thanks ladies....
